Abstract

1.Una pre-columna de material resistente a la presión para pre-concentrar a presión elevada sustancia a cromatografiar, caracterizada porque la columna consiste en un cuerpo en forma de recipiente que se estrecha internamente hacia dos extremos y tiene medios para conexiones de cierre hermético, aguas arriba y para un tubo de entrada para el líquido a preconcentrar, y aguas abajo para una columna de separación. 2.Una pre-columna según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la pared interior del cuerpo en forma de recipiente converge hacia los extremos cónica o íntegramente. 3.Una pre-columna según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque los medios de conexión están presente de modo diametralmente opuesto uno con respecto al otro en los dos extremos del cuerpo en forma de recipiente. 4.Una pre- columna según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque la pared interior del cuerpo en forma de recipiente se estrecha más fuertemente en la dirección del extremoaguas arriba que en la dirección del extremo aguas abajo. 5.Una pre-columna según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el diámetro de la abertura aguas abajo del cuerpo en forma de recipiente es aproximadamente igual al de una columna de separación que ha de conectarse a la pre-columna. 6.Una pre-columna según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el cuerpo en forma de recipiente consiste en dos o más segmentos que están conectados entre sí de un modo resistente a la presión. 7.Una pre-columna de material resistente a la presión para pre-concentrar a presión elevada sustancias a cromatografiar.
