Claims (10)
- 양쪽 단부로 내부가 좁고, 상류에는 전 농축시킬 액체의 입구관과, 하류에는 분리컬럼과 실링(seaing)연결한 장치를 가진 용기 형태의 몸체로 구성됨을 특징으로하는, 승압에서 크로마토 그리피할 물질의 전농축용 압력-저항 물질의 예비컬럼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기형태의 몸체의 내벽이 양쪽단부를 향하여 원추형으로 좁아지거나 한점으로 집중함을 특징으로 하는 컬럼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연결장치가 용기형태 몸체의 양쪽 단부에서 서로 상반되게 존재함을 특징으로하는 특징으로 하는 컬럼.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 용기형태 몸체의 내부벽이 하류단부 방향에서 보다 상류단부 방향에서 더 심하게 좁아짐을 특징으로하는 컬럼.
- 상기 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 용기형태 몸체의 하류구멍 직경이, 예비 컬럼에 연결되는 분리컬럼의 직경과 거의 일치함을 특징으로하는 컬럼.
- 상기 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 용기 형태의 몸체가 압력-저항방법으로 함께 연결된 2개 또는 그 이상의 부분으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 컬럼.
- 하나 또는 그 이상의 예비컬럼, 예비컬럼 또는 컬럼들 및 액체 입구관을, 또는 하나 또는 그 이상의 분리컬럼 및 용출액의 출구관을 커플링하는 부재(member), 및 임의로 하나 또는 그 이상의 분리컬럼으로 구성된 장치에 있어서, 상기 항에서 기술한 하나 또는 그 이상의 예비 컬럼을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액체 크로마토그라피 시스템용 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 디스크중 하나는 예비컬럼 또는 컬럼들 및 액체의 입구관을 실링 연결시킬 수 있는 구멍을 가지며, 나머지 디스크는 분리컬럼 또는 컬럼들 및 용출액의 출구관을 실링 연결시킬 수 있는 구멍을 가졌으며, 이 두 디스크상의 구멍은 임의로 각각 서로 상대편에 대하여 한 디스크를 회전하여 서로 연통하도록 만들어진, 상호 실링 연결에서 서로 각각에 대하여 회전하는 2개의 동심 디스크로 구성된 커플링 부재를 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 하나 또는 그 이상의 예비컬럼, 예비컬럼 또는 컬럼들 및 액체를 입구관을, 또는 하나 또는 그 이상의 분리 컬럼 및 용출액의 출구관을 커플링시키기 위한 부재 및 임의로 하나 또는 그 이상의 분리컬럼을 포함한 장치에 있어서, 제8항의 커플링 부재를 포함함을 특징으로하는 액체 크로마토그라피 시스템용 장치.
- 상호 실링 연결되어 각각에 대하여 회전할 수 있고, 예비컬럼 또는 컬럼들 및 액체의 입구관을 한 디스크에 실링 연결할 수 있는 구멍 및 분리 컬럼 또는 컬럼 및 용출액의 출구관을 나머지 디스크에 실링 연결할 수 있는 구멍을 가지며 이 두 디스크상의 구멍은 임의로 서로 상대편의 디스크에 대하여 한 디스크를 회전시켜 서로 연통하도록 만들어진 2개의 동심 디스크를 함유함을 특징으로한, 제8항 또는 제9항의 장치에 사용되는 커플링 부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
