Abstract
1. Recipiente para alimentos, para recibir una preparación culinaria a consumir, del tipo que presenta, exteriormente, sensiblemente la forma general de una concha de caracol, caracterizado porque la concha de caracol de la que el recipiente toma la forma está truncada en un plano que contiene el borde de la abertura de una concha real y porque la abertura (5) de este recipiente está constituida por la sección de la concha por dicho plano. 2. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque posee las dimensiones generales de una concha real, particularmente de una concha de caracol llamado "de Borgoña". 3. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque está constituido por un material comestible. 4. Recipiente según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque está fabricado por moldeo. 5. Recipiente según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque siendo moldeado en un molde en dos partes, la línea de unión (17) de sus dos porciones moldeadas constitutivas se extiende en un plano que forma un ángulo (alfa) comprendido entre aproximadamente 70º y 80º con el plano de abertura (5) y porque esta línea de unión se extiende de delante hacia atrás, conteniendo una de las dos porciones moldeadas la totalidad de la espiral (3) de la concha. 6. Molde para fabricar por lo menos un recipiente según la reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque comprende dos elementos de molde (6, 7), en los cuales están vaciadas respectivamente dos marcas (8, 9) para las dos porciones mencionadas del recipiente (1), presentando una de estas marcas (8) la totalidad de la espiral (3) de la concha, siendo estos dos elementos de molde desplazables (dobles flechas 12, 13) la una con respecto a la otra según la primera dirección aproximadamente paralela al eje de la espiral, un tercer elemento de molde (10) que lleva un hoyo de moldeoo(11), siendo esta tercer elemento móvil, con respecto a los otros dos mencionados elementos de molde, según una segunda dirección (doble flecha 14) sensiblemente perpendicular a la mencionada primera dirección, las marcas mencionadas están vaciadas respectivamente en los dos primeros elementos de molde estando el hoyo soportado por el tercer elemento de molde de manera tal que el plano que contiene la abertura del recipiente esté inclinado con la segunda dirección mencionada en un ángulo comprendido entre aproximadamente 70º y 80º a fin de permitir el desmoldeo del recipiente. 7. Molde según la reivindicación 6, caracterizado porque comprende varias marcas y un número igual de hoyos para fabricar simultáneamente una pluralidad de recipientes. 8. Recipiente para alimentos y molde correspondiente.
