Abstract
1. Disposición de unión para tubos metálicos de un cambiador de calor, con un fondo de tubos de un depósito de agua, en la que los extremos de los tubos están fijados y estanqueizados en aberturas del fondo de tubos mediante una unión de encaje a presión transversal, caracterizada porque el fondo (2) de tubos es de una materia termoplástica y es una parte integrante del depósito (1) de agua y porque la fijación y la estanqueización se realizan por la contratación del fondo (2) de tubos sobre los extremos (4'') de los tubos (4). 2. Disposición de unión según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque las aberturas (3) presentan antes de la contracción un cono cuyo extremo con la sperficie de sección transversal más grande se encuentra en el lado del fondo (2) de tubos encarado hacia el bloque (6) cambiador de calor. 3. Disposición de unión según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque entre la pared de las aberturas (3) y las superficies cilíndricas de los extremos (4'') de los tubos se encuentran dispuestas sendas juntas anulares (8'') de goma. 4. Disposición de unión según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque las aberturas (3) presentan un ensanchamiento cilíndrico (10) en la zona contigua al espacio interior del depósito de agua. 5. Disposición de unión según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque las aberturas (3) presentan antes de la unión de los tubos (4) con el fondo (2) de tubos por lo menos parcialmente una superficie de sección transversal más pequeña que la superficie de la sección transversal exterior del tubo y porque las aberturas (3) están ensanchadas transitoriamente mediante tratamiento térmico. 6. Disposición de unión según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque los extremos (4'') de los tubos (4) presentan en su superficies cilíndricas por lo menos una ranura (11) situada en la dirección del contorno. 7. Disposición de unión según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizadaporque los tubos (4)presentan una sección transversal ovalada o elíptica. 8. Disposición de unión según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque el depósito (1) de agua con fondo (2) de tubos integrado en el mismo es de materiales parcialmente cristalinos, preferentemente poliamida con un contenido de hasta un 30% de fibras de vidrio. 9. Disposición de unión para tubos metálicos de un cambiador de calor.
