Abstract
The invention comprises compounds of the general formula: <FORM:0954264/C2/1> and their acid addition salts in which R represents hydrogen or methyl and Ph represents phenylene and the preparation thereof by reacting a ketone of the general formula: <FORM:0954264/C2/2> with guanylhydroazine or a salt thereof. Acid addition salts include those formed with p-amino salicylic acid, ascorbic acid methionine, tryptophan, lysine and arginine. Specification 954,265 is referred to.
