Abstract
Método para la fabricación de un producto de pastelería con los pasos: 1. Fabricación de una primera masa para una primera capa de masa (1), fabricación de una segunda masa para una segunda capa de masa (2), y la primera y segunda masa presentan distintas coloraciones; 2. Enrollado de la primera masa con un primer espesor y creación de cortes (14) distanciados, que recubren, al menos proporcionalmente, el primer espesor, subsiguiente estirado de la primera masa para la expansión o abertura de los cortes (14) para la fabricación de una primera capa de masa (10), que presenta cortes (14o) expandidos o abiertos; 3. Enrollado de la segunda masa con un segundo espesor para la fabricación de una segunda capa de masa (16); 4. Disposición de la primera capa de masa (10) que presenta cortes (14o) expandidos o abiertos, contiguos a la segunda capa de masa (16); 5. Enrollado de la disposición, que presenta la primera capa de masa y la segunda capa de masa contigua (10, 16), para la fabricación de un compuesto de masa plano de un espesor único con la primera y segunda capa de masa (1, 2), que presenta una superficie continua, en la cual a partir de los cortes expandidos o abiertos (14o), los huecos que se forman en la primera capa de masa (1) están rellenos por la segunda capa de masa (2).
