Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar N-((1R,2S,5S)-2-((2-((5-cloropiridin-2-il)amino)-2-oxoacetil)amino)-5-(dimetilcarbamoil) ciclohexil)carbamato de terc-butilo. La presente invención se relaciona con un procedimiento para preparar el N-((1R,2S,5S)-2-((2-((5-cloropiridin-2-il)amino)-2-oxoacetil)amino)-5-(dimetilcarbamoil)ciclohexil)carbamato de terc-butilo de la fórmula (l), o una sal o solvato del mismo, caracterizado en que comprende las etapas de a) mezclar N-((1R,2S,5S)-2-amino-5-(dimetilcarbamoil)ciclohexil) carbamato de terc-butilo, de fórmula (A), con 2-((5-cloropiridin-2-il)amino)-2-oxoacetato de etilo, de fórmula (B), en un disolvente orgánico; b) mezclar una base con la mezcla resultante de la etapa (a); y c) agitar la mezcla obtenida en la etapa (b). El procedimiento facilita sustancialmente la obtención del compuesto de fórmula (I), con reducción de la viscosidad del medio de reacción y con mejora en el rendimiento y/o en la pureza del producto.
