Abstract
Un método de preparar un producto pulverizado de flujo libre, en donde el citado producto pulverizado comprende soportes en partículas recubiertos con una sustancia tensioactiva de carácter lipídico, en donde dichos soportes en partículas se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en harinas vegetales y salvados vegetales y en donde el citado método comprende preparar una mezcla mezclando una o más sustancias tensioactivas de carácter lipídico en una cantidad de por lo menos 10% en peso con uno o más soportes en partículas y opcionalmente agua en una cantidad de 0,1-5% en peso, y extrudiendo la mezcla a través de uno o más orificios; en donde el citado método se caracteriza además por una o más de las siguientes características: (a) antes de la extrusión se añaden a la mezcla una o más sales inorgánicas en una cantidad de 0,1-5% en peso del soporte; (b) el soporte consiste en harina de arroz obtenida de arroz del tipo de grano largo, en donde la citada harina de arroz se añade a la mezcla antes de la extrusión; (c) el soporte consiste en harina de confitería, en donde la citada harina de confitería se añade a la mezcla antes de la extrusión.
