Condimento alimentario, caracterizado porque comprende una mezcla de al menos los siguientes componentes: mosto de uva concentrado rectificado, jugo concentrado de pera, al menos uno de vinagre de vino, vinagre de pera y vinagre de manzana en las siguientes concentraciones de peso, evaluado contra el peso total de la mezcla: - mosto de uva concentrado rectificado 25 %·40 %; - jugo concentrado de pera 30 %·45 %; y - al menos uno de vinagre de vino, vinagre de pera y vinagre de manzana 20 %·50 %.
