Abstract
Un procedimiento de determinación de permeabilidad multifase que comprende las etapas siguientes: i. obtención de un modelo tridimensional de poro/matriz de una muestra (902) por exploración de una muestra de roca física para obtener una imagen digital tridimensional; y deducción del modelo de poro/matriz a partir de la imagen tridimensional; donde la imagen tridimensional está formada por elementos tridimensionales de volumen que tienen cada uno un valor indicativo de la composición de la muestra en ese punto; ii. determinación de un eje de flujo (908) donde dicha determinación se basa en una desviación típica de porosidad; iii. verificación de que la dimensión del modelo a lo largo del eje de flujo es superior al de un volumen elemental representativo (VER) del modelo (910), donde el VER se determina usando una desviación típica de porosidad determinada para cada subvolumen del modelo; iv. selección de una dirección de flujo a lo largo del eje de flujo del modelo (912); v. extensión del modelo por replicación del modelo en una dirección axial del modelo (924) cuando las estadísticas de poro del modelo a una saturación dada muestran falta de correspondencia para diferentes fases de percolación; vi. aumento de la resolución (930) de la imagen tridimensional de la muestra y repetición de las etapas i-v anteriores cuando una dimensión de una esfera de no percolación mínima en la determinación de un umbral de percolación del modelo (926) está por debajo de un umbral predeterminado (328); vii. medida de la permeabilidad relativa (932) usando el modelo; y viii. presentación visual de las medidas de permeabilidad relativa (934) al usuario.
