Claims (3)
- REIVINDICACIONES1- Composición de mortero seco, proyectable por vía húmeda en particular mediante una bomba de tornillo, que permite la realización de un mortero aislante caracterizada porque:(i) . comprende:-A- al menos un ligante que incluye:• -A1-al menos un ligante primario que comprende cal y/o al menos una fuente de alúmina y/o al menos una fuente de sulfato de calcio, preferentemente al menos una fuente de alúmina;• -A2- al menos un agente que retiene agua;• -A3- preferentemente al menos un surfactante;-B- al menos une carga de fuente biológica, a base de tallo de girasol y/o de tallo de maíz y/o tallo de colza que presenta una Masa Volumétrica Aparente (MVA) en kg/m3, inferior a 110; preferentemente comprendida entre 10 y 80;la relación B/A -volumen de carga -B- seca en litros / masa de ligante -A- seco en kg- está comprendida preferentemente entre -según un orden creciente de preferencia- 2 y 9; 2,5 y 8; 4 y 7,9; 4,6 y 7,5 l/kg;(ii) . está destinada a ser amasada con un líquido, preferentemente agua, según una relación másica agua sobre A comprendida entre 0,8 y 5, preferentemente entre 1 y 4, y, más preferentemente aún entre 1,5 y 3,5;(iii) . una vez así amasada, es bombeable en una bomba de tornillo como se define en un ensayo T1.2- Composición según la reivindicación 1 caracterizada, una vez amasada con un líquido -preferentemente agua- según una relación másica agua sobre A comprendida entre 0,8 y 5, por un tiempo de fraguado, medido por un método M1, comprendido entre 1 y 24 horas, preferentemente entre 1 y 8 horas.3- Composición según la reivindicación 1 ó 2 caracterizada porque el ligante primario A1 comprende cal y al menos una fuente de alúmina.44- Composición según al menos una de las reivindicaciones precedentes caracterizada porque el agente que retiene agua -A2- está dotado de una retención de agua superior o igual a -según un orden creciente de preferencia- 50, 60, 70, 80, 90%, según el método de retención M2, este retenedor de agua es preferentemente elegido entre los polisacáridos, y, más preferentemente aún en el grupo que comprende -o mejor aún constituido por- los éteres de celulosa o de almidón y sus mezclas; las metilcelulosas, las hidroxipropilcelulosas, las hidroxietilcelulosas, las metil hidroxipropilcelulosas, las metilhidroxietilcelulosas y sus mezclas; los éteres de guar modificados o no y sus mezclas; o la mezcla de estas diferentes especies.5- Composición según al menos una de las reivindicaciones precedentes caracterizada porque comprende al menos un ligante secundario -A4-, diferente de el del ligante -A1-, elegido entre los cementos portland, los cementos naturales prompts, las escorias, los cementos geopolímeros, las puzolanas naturales, los silicatos de sodio, los silicatos de potasio, los silicatos de litio, los ligantes orgánicos o sus mezclas.6- Composición según al menos una de las reivindicaciones precedentes caracterizada porque la carga -B- de fuentes biológicas, comprende partículas de médula de girasol, y/o de maíz y/o de colza.7- Ligante -A- destinado especialmente a la composición según al menos una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado porque comprende - en % en peso/peso seco y en un orden creciente de preferencia -:• -A1- ligante primario: [5 - 95]; [10 - 85]; [15 - 75];Del cual:o cal: [10 - 95]; [20 - 70]; [30 - 60];o fuente de alúmina y/o fuente de sulfato de calcio:[1 - 90]; [5 - 30]; [7 - 15];• -A2- agente que retiene agua: [0,1 - 5]; [0,5 - 3]; [0,8 - 2];• -A3- surfactante : [0,01 - 1]; [0,05 - 0,5];• -A4- ligante secundario [0 - 85]; [5 - 50]; [7 - 15];• -A5- carga mineral lubricante de granulometría d90 inferior a 100pm: [0 - 40];[0 - 30]; [0 - 20];• -A6- carga mineral de espaciamiento de granulometría d90 superior o igual a 100pm: [0 - 40]; [0 - 35]; [0 - 30];• -A7- adyuvante hidrófugo: [0 - 1,5]; [0 - 1]; [0 - 0,5];• -A8- adyuvante retardador de fraguado: [0 -3 ]; [0 - 2]; [0 - 1];• -A9- adyuvante acelerador de fraguado: [0 - 3]; [0 - 2]; [0 - 1];• -A10- adyuvante espesante: [0 - 2]; [0,1 - 1]; [0 ,2- 0,8].88- Kit que comprende el ligante -A- según la reivindicación 7 y la carga vegetal -B- tal como se define en la reivindicación 1 o 6.9- Composición húmeda obtenida a partir de la composición según al menos una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada porque es bombeable en una máquina dotada de bomba de tornillo con un entrehierro (E) entre rotor (20) y estator (18) comprendido entre 4 y 30 mm.10- Mortero endurecido obtenido a partir de la composición húmeda según la reivindicación 9 caracterizado por una conductividad térmica X inferior o igual a -en W/m.K y según un orden creciente de preferencia- 0,15; 0,12; 0,1; 0,08; 0,07.11- Sistema de Aislación Térmica Exterior -ITE- o de Aislación Térmica Interior —ITI-que comprende mortero endurecido según la reivindicación 10 y aplicado en capa(s) sobre un espesor total comprendido entre 2 y 30 cm, preferentemente entre 5 y 15 cm y recubierto por un revestimiento de impermeabilización de un espesor de 10 mm mínimo, caracterizado porque el mortero endurecido comprende cal y al menos una fuente de alúmina y porque dicho sistema satisface el ensayo según la norma EOTA ETAG004 para el ITE.12- Procedimiento de aplicación de un mortero aislante que comprende las etapas siguientes:1° preparación de una mezcla de líquido -preferentemente de agua- y de la composición seca según al menos una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, es decir que comprende el ligante —A- y la carga de origen vegetal -B-, en una relación másica agua / ligante -A- que está indicada a continuación, según un gradiente creciente de preferencia:• [Agua / A] ≥ 0,8; [Agua / A] ≤ 1,0; [Agua / A] ≤ 1,5;• 0,8 ≤ [Agua / A] ≤ 5; 1 ≤ [Agua / A] ≤ 4; 1, 5 ≤ [Agua / A] < 3,5;
- 2° preferentemente bombeo de la mezcla preparada en la etapa 1, mediante una bomba de tornillo;3.1° proyección de la mezcla preparada en la etapa 1→ sobre un soporte vertical o inclinado,→ a los fines de rellenado de estructura en esqueleto madera o metal in situ,→ o a los fines de realización de muros prefabricados;o3.2° proyección y esparcido sobre un plano horizontal para hacer una capa; o
- 3.3° vertido de la mezcla preparada en la etapa 1 en un encofrado para hacer un muro, para el llenado entre dos paredes, o dentro de un molde para hacer un elemento y en particular bloques o pre-muros o placas.
