Abstract
1.Conjunto de conexión para conductores de fluído para aparatos de anestesia y de respiración artificial, del tipo que comprende elementos de unión encajables entre sí, con una pieza en Y (3) con casquillo porta-tubo de la manguera de inspiración (4), casquillo porta-tubo de la manguera de aspiración (5) y pieza de cuello del conector (6) así como un conector (7) conectable con la pieza de cuello del conector (6) con punta tubular (8) para un tubo endotraqueal (9), caracterizado porque comprende un acanalado anular contínuo (10) en la pared lateral de un elemento de unión (1 ó 2); al menos un elemento de seguridad (11, 33) dispuesto sobre el otro elemento de unión (2 ó 1), que encaja en el acanalado anular (10) bajo acción elástica, estando configurados los elementos de unión (1, 2) de forma libremente giratoria entre sí, porque comprenden al menos un elemento de desenclavado (12, 35) accionable voluntariamente que vence temporalmente el efecto elástico del elemento de seguridad (11, 33) así como porque comprenden en el otro extremo (13) del elemento de unión (1 ó 2) encajable medios de empaquetadora (14) dispuestos de forma que cooperan con la pared laterial interna del otro elemento de unión (1). 2.Conjunto de conexión según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque uno de los elementos de unión (1) es la pieza del cuello del conector (6) de una pieza en Y (3) y el otro elemento de unión (2) es el conector (7) con la punta tubular (8) y porque el acanalado anular (10) se ha previsto en la pared externa del conector (7) y al menos el elemento de seguridad (11) se ha previsto sobre la pieza de cuello del conector (6) perpendicularmente a su eje longitudinal, porque el elemento de seguridad elástico (11) se ha configurado como una palanca (16) basculante alrededor de una espiga (15) de dos brazos, solicitada unilateralmente de forma elástica y porque un elemento elástico (19) o bien (20, 23) que actua por una parte, sobre la pieza de cuello del colector (6) y por otra parte, sobre el brazo externo de palanca (18) tensa el elemento de seguridad (11) en la posición de enclavamiento. 3.Conjunto de conexión según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque como elemento de resorte (19) sirve un resorte helicoidal (20) que se han dispuesto en un taladro interno (21) en el brazo externo de palanca (18) del elemento de seguridad (11) y en un taladro interno (22) en la pieza del cuello del conector (6). 4. Conjunto de conexión según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque el brazo externo de palanca (18) del elemento de seguridad (11) está ranurado y presenta un talón elástico (23) como elemento de resorte, que se apoya en estado de enclavamiento sobre la pieza de cuello del conector (6). 5. Conjunto de conexión según las reivindicaciones 3 ó 4, caracterizado porque el brazo externo de palanca (18) y/o la pieza de cuello del conector (6) presenta una superficie achaflanada (24) que posibilita el proceso de desenclavado y constituye un límite extremo para la carrera de desenclavado del brazo externo de palanca (18) del elemento de seguridad (11). 6. Conjunto de conexión según las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque el extremo anterior (25) del conector (7) introducible en la pieza de cuello del conector (6), se ha configurado de forma cónica en disminución y termina en un labio de empaquetadura (26) que se aplica elásticamente contra una sección de pared conformada de modo similar (27) de la pared interna de la pieza de cuello del conector (6), aplicándose la compresión necesaria mediante el enclavamiento entre el acanalado (10) y el elemento de seguridad (11) de ambos elementos de unión (1, 2). 7. Conjunto de conexión según la reivindicación 6, caracterizado porque en la zona de transición del labio de empaquetadura (26) se ha previsto un acanalado anular externo (28). 8. Conjunto de conexión según las reivindicaciones 6 ó 7, caracterizado porque se ha previsto entre el acanalado anular (10) en el conector (7) y su labio de empaquetadura (26) unescalón diametral (29). 9. Conjunto de conexión según la reivindicación 8, caracterizado porque la transición desde el diámetro externo de conector (7) al diámetro del labio de empaquetadura (26) se ha configurado mediante una superficie achaflanada cónica (30) a lo largo de la cual, durante el proceso de unión de ambos elementos de unión, (1,2) se comprime deslizantemente el elemento de seguridad (11) en la posición de desenclavado. 10. Conjunto de conexión según las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque el extremo anterior (25) del conector (7) desplazable en la pieza de cuello del conector (6) presenta en un escalón diametral (29) un acanalado anular (31) con empaquetadura, en forma de anillo toroidal (32) implantada. 11. Conjunto de conexión según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, caracterizado porque al menos uno de los elementos de unión (2 = conector 7) introducible y enclavable en el otro elemento de unión (1) se ha fabricado de material sintético. 12. Conjunto de conexión para conexión para conductores de fluidos para aparatos de anestesia y de respiración artificial.
