Abstract

A portable window cover assembly (11) having a flexible integrally formed magnetized frame (12) for selective sealable mounting over windows of vehicle or building structures. The window cover member (13) attached to and co-extensive with the magnetized frame (12) can selectively consist of flexible screen material, or of rigid, semi-rigid or flexible solid sheet materials, such as glass, flexible clear or solar shade plastic, one-way mirror material, canvas and the like. Associated integrally formed flexible magnetized and adhesive backed mounting strips or frames (16) are provided for use in selectively sealably mounting the portable window cover assembly (11) on surfaces which are not magnetically attractive such as wood, aluminium, plastic and the like.
