Abstract

Disposición de lanza de soplado, prevista para ser utilizada en el marco de un procedimiento de afino de fundición líquida, que contiene cierto porcentaje de materiales refrigerantes sólidos, por soplado de oxígeno por la parte superior y, eventualmente, por burbujeo de gas inerte por el fondo del crisol, caracterizada porque la cabeza de la lanza comprende, al menos, cuatro toberas principales, destinadas a suministrar el oxígeno de descarburación, y un número igual de toberas secundarias destinadas a suministrar el oxígeno de post-combustión, estando las toberas principales inclinadas en 14-17º, respecto al eje de la lanza, mientras que las toberas secundarias presentan un ángulo de inclinación de 30-50º, respecto al eje de la tobera principal próxima.
