Aparato portátil de cocción, que presenta un marco superior soportado por dos paredes laterales, una bandeja de recogida del jugo de cocción colocada debajo de este marco, resistencias eléctricas tubulares fijadas paralelamente unas respecto a otras sobre dos bordes opuestos de este marco, caracterizado porque las broquetas están fijadas entre las resistencias tubulares; porque tiene una tapa de vidrio resistente al calor, destinada a ser colocada sobre el marco por encima de las resistencia y de las broquetas; y porque la distancia entre las broqueta y la bandeja de recogida es suficiente para permitir una refrigeración de las gotas del jugo de cocción en el curso de su caída, para evitar toda emisión de humo.
