Abstract

Dispositivo distribuidor dosificador para productos viscosos que comprende un cuerpo sensiblemente rígido que contiene el producto a distribuir, un paso de evacuación de dicho producto para su distribución fuera del cuerpo y medios accionables manualmente para distribuir de manera repetida por dicho paso de evacuación dosis de producto, incluyendo estos medios un pistón deslizante de manera estanca con rozamiento en dicho cuerpo en dirección del paso de evacuación; una cremallera que se extiende en dicho cuerpo sobre prácticamente toda la longitud de éste y que atraviesa dicho pistón, siendo dicha cremallera susceptible de desplazarse entre dos posiciones; un empujador situado en un extremo del cuerpo y solidario de dicha cremallera para desplazarla entre estas dos posiciones, siendo rechazado este empujador en dirección de retorno por un resorte aplicado bajo el empujador; y un elemento de entrinquetado solidario del pistón que le transmite los movimientos de ida de la cremallera y no losmovimientos de retorno, caracterizado por el hecho de que el pistón presenta, en su centro, un labio que bordea el pase de la cremallera y que asegura la estanquidad entre la cremallera y el pistón, siendo tales el diámetro exterior de la cremallera y el del orificio interno de este labio de estanquidad, que la cremallera atraviesa el pistón de manera prácticamente estanca, pero con un rozamiento reducido o nulo, y que el elemento de entrinquetado está constituído por al menos una pata elástica inclinada hacia la cremallera, estando moldeada la o las patas elásticas de una sola pieza con el pistón, y constituyendo así su o sus extremos que está o están destinados a cooperar con las muescas sucesivas de la cremallera, un labio de entrinquetado independiente del labio de estanquidad.
