Abstract

Una cápsula para preparar una infusión de un producto en polvo, en particular café americano, y que comprende: - un cuerpo (101; 101') con forma de copa que comprende un fondo (101A), que tiene una abertura (93) y una pared (101B) lateral; - una cesta (94) para contener el producto en polvo que está hecho de material filtrante y está dispuesto dentro de dicho cuerpo (101; 101') con forma de copa; - elementos (107; 107') de soporte, que están dispuestos entre el fondo (101A) del cuerpo (101; 101') con forma de copa y la cesta (94); - elementos (105) espaciadores que son adecuados para delimitar una pluralidad de canales (106) preferenciales entre la pared lateral del cuerpo (101; 101') con forma de copa y la cesta (94); estando caracterizada la cápsula porque comprende un dispositivo (100) deflector transversal al eje (Y) longitudinal; y porque los elementos (107; 107') de soporte están interpuestos entre los canales (106) preferenciales y la abertura (93) y son adecuados para crear una trayectoria de laberinto para un fluido de infusión procedente de dichos canales (106) preferenciales.
