Abstract
Un ensamble (10) de potencia para unión a un contenedor (C) para obtener descarga de duración del producto del contenedor, dicho ensamble (10) de potencia comprende: un mecanismo (20) de bomba que tiene un cilindro (66) de bomba y un pistón (26) que se mueve alternamente ahí, dicho cilindro (66) de bomba y pistón (26) define una cámara (33) de bomba; una válvula (160) de descarga cerrada normalmente conectada con la cámara (33) de bomba para evitar la descarga de producto de la cámara (33) de bomba cuando la válvula (160) se cierra y puede operar para permitir la descarga de producto de la cámara (33) cuando la válvula (160) se abre; un accionador (50) conectado con la válvula (160) de descarga para moverla a la posición abierta; medios de accionamientos conectados con dicho pistón (26) para mover alternamente el pistón (26) en una primera dirección desde una posición en reposo para extraer producto del contenedor (C) y dentro de la cámara (33) de bomba, dichos medios de accionamiento incluyen un collar (21) de accionamiento giratorio; y unos medios de almacenamiento (40, 121) de energía conectados con el mecanismo (20) de bomba para almacenar energía cuando se mueve el pistón (26) en dicha primera dirección, dichos medios (40, 121) de almacenamiento de energía ejercen presión sobre el pistón (26) para moverlo en una segunda dirección para presurizar el producto en la cámara (33) de bomba, el ensamble de potencia se caracteriza por que los medios de accionamiento incluyen adicionalmente dicho accionador (50) y un tornillo (23) de accionamiento, dicho tornillo (23) de accionamiento tiene diente (86) de engranaje de tornillo de accionamiento en este y dicho accionador (50) tiene primeros dientes (111) de engranaje conectados con dicho collar (21) de accionamiento giratorio y segundos dientes (112) de engranaje conectado con los dientes (86) de engranaje sobre dicho tornillo (23) de accionamiento, en el que la rotación de dicho collar (21) de accionamiento provoca la rotación de dicho accionador (50) que provoca la rotación de dicho tornillo (23) de accionamiento para movimiento alterno de dicho pistón (26) en dicha primera dirección cuando se gira el collar (21) de accionamiento.
Description
diferentes tipos de medios de almacenamiento de energía se puede adaptar al mecanismo de bomba común, que incluye mecanismo de resorte, un mecanismo de presión neumática o un mecanismo elástico. Cada uno produciría los mismos resultados, pero al ser capaces de emplear diferentes medios de almacenamiento de energía se pueden obtener determinadas ventajas funcionales. Por ejemplo, unos medios de almacenamiento de energía diferente se pueden seleccionar dependiendo del rango presión y fuerza deseados o necesarios para adecuarse a diversas viscosidades de producto.
Con el recipiente neumático, la presión inicial en reposo se puede variar fácilmente para adecuarse a los requerimientos particulares. Con el dispositivo cargado con resorte, se puede suministrar un nuevo resorte para cambiar la fuerza de inclinación. Se pueden hacer cambios correspondientes al agujero de cilindro y al diámetro de pistón. Se describen medios elásticos adecuados en la solicitud de patente copendiente del solicitante # 11/702.734 presentada el 02/06/2007.
Como se puede observar, existe una cantidad de flexibilidad proporcionada por el sistema de suministro de la invención sin tener que hacer un sistema completamente nuevo para un rango dado de productos. También, el mecanismo de fuerza se puede emplear con activadores o bombas operadas mecánicamente convencionales, reduciendo los costes generales y eliminando la necesidad de construir sistemas completamente nuevos. Aunque se requiere ventilación con las realizaciones presentadas, se pueden emplear sistemas sin aire. Como se entiende, la presente invención proporciona una conveniencia comparable con los sistemas de aerosol convencionales. Con la invención no hay necesidad de bombear repetidamente un accionador y experimentar fatiga de dedo solo para conseguir cortas ráfagas de producto. Las realizaciones descritas aquí proporcionan una pulverización de duración de descarga y conveniencia no disponible hasta la fecha a un precio asequible.
En razón a que se pueden disponer numerosas combinaciones y modificaciones de las realizaciones anteriores como se muestra y estas realizaciones se presentaran fácilmente a aquellos expertos en la técnica, no se desea limitar la invención a la construcción y procesos exactos mostrados y descritos anteriormente. De acuerdo con lo anterior, se puede recurrir a todas las modificaciones y equivalentes adecuados que caen dentro del alcance de la invención como se define por las reivindicaciones que siguen. Las palabras "comprende", "comprenden", "que comprende", "incluye" y "que incluye" cuando se utilizan en esta especificación y en las siguientes reivindicaciones pretende especificar la presencia de etapas o características indicadas, pero no precluyen la presencia o adición de una o más etapas, características, o grupos de la misma.
