The invention relates to a locking device with several closing points, particularly for swinging with several articulated panels.

EP 1,722,052-B1 describes a small sectional door lock, in particular for garage. A device for transmitting movement to the up and down rods and to the latches paired with the indicated rods of a lock uses rod sections located on the opposite edge to the hinges of each of the panels that constitute the sectional door. The union between the rod sections located in the panels is an elastic joint located in front of each joint that joins the panels with each other. This elastic joint comprises guiding and positioning means that allow multiple panels to move from the vertical position to the horizontal position without altering the operation and positioning of the lock latches, since it is in a closed or open position during tilting. of the sectional door.

EP 1,528,199 discloses a device with several closing points for sectional leaf, comprising a central locking organ and at least one operating blade of a closing point. Each drive blade is interrupted by at least two portions successively joined by a double articulation joint member, in order to allow articulation of the sections of the swing at least in the open position and in the closed position of the swing.

An aim of the invention is to improve the state of the known technique, proposing a new device with several closing points, particularly for sectional swing, of simple and economical manufacturing.

The object of the invention is a locking device with several closing points, for swinging with several articulated panels, comprising a driving master organ and at least one driving rod of a locking slave organ in which the operating rod is substantially interrupted at the height of an articulation of adjacent panels, characterized in combination by the fact that the actuating rod is constituted by two sections: a first integral section of the actuating master organ and a second integral section of the locking and Due to the fact that the locking slave organ is actuated by the second section of the drive rod in a first position and comprises an elastic means that moves the indicated locking slave organ in a second position different from the indicated first position.

According to other features of the invention:

In Figure 1, a central locking organ 1 constitutes a master organ for actuating the device according to the invention. The drive master organ 1 is mounted on a panel 10 of a sectional leaf which also comprises at least one panel 11. The panels 10 and 11 are articulated relative to each other in a manner known per se and not detailed in order to clarity.

The panel 11 has a locking slave organ 3 that can be operated remotely by a rod 2.

The rod 2 is substantially interrupted at the level of an articulation of adjacent panels 10, 11 and constituted by two sections 2a, 2b.

A first section 2a is integral with the drive master organ 1 and a second section 2b is mounted integral with the lock slave organ 3.

In the coplanar position of the panels 10, 11, the actuating master organ 1 carries the rod element 2a aligned with the rod element 2b of the locking organ 3.

In the position of figure 1, each section 2a or 2b is interrupted and hidden in the wall of its respective panel 10 or 11, in order to allow the articulation of panels 10 and 11 one in relation to the other, or with the in order to allow the movement of a small door, for example a small door 10, without interfering with the operation of the sectional leaf.

The locking slave organ 3 comprises a rotating locking hook 6, for example in the form of a parrot's beak.

In the position of Fig. 1, the sliding latch 7 is locked, the support piece 9 is in its horizontal position corresponding to the coupling of the half-turn latch 8 in its strike and the locking pins 6 of the slave organs 3 of Locks are also coupled to the corresponding strikes not shown.

The device is thus completely locked in the position of figure 1.

When this locking position is obtained, the hooks 6 of the panels 11 are coupled in their locks not shown, while the main panel 10 is not locked.

In the position of Figure 2, this main panel 10 can therefore be locked or unlocked by the support piece 9.

In Figures 1 and 2, the spring 13 of the locking slave organ 3 is in the extended position to ensure the maintenance of the lock pick 6 in the locked position.

In Fig. 3, the actuation of the support piece 9 downwards causes the entry of the half-turn latch 8 and the rotation of a rod control 12 acting on a rod start 2a, thus ensuring a movement of the rods 2a by contacting the rods 2b and pushing them into the boxes of the slave slaves 3.

The actuation of the rods 2a and the thrust secured on the rods 2b cause a compression movement of the spring 13 and an exit movement of the spring-tensioned pawn 14 of the expansion means 5.

The organs 13 in compressed position then correspond to the concealment by rotation of the picks 6 inside the boxes of the organs 3 locking slaves.

This compressed position of the springs 13 is maintained by the expansion means 14 which is in the position taken out of assembly, as is known in the usual automatic locks.

The stud 14 of the expansion means 5 of each locking slave organ 3 is in the removed position.

It is then returned to the position of figure 1 by operating the drum to slide the sliding latch 7 in its striker and complete the blocking of all panels 10 and 11 of the sectional leaflet.

Advantageously, the sliding of the sliding latch 7 in its striker blocks the support piece 9 horizontally and locks the rod control 12 in position: it is sufficient in this respect to provide a projection on the sliding latch 7, a projection that penetrates into a housing on the low rod 2a.

This action of the projection blocks the low rod 2a, the rod control 12 and the high rod 2a. The rod control 12, locked, also locks the support piece 9 in a horizontal position.

The invention described with reference to a particular embodiment is not limited in any way, but instead covers any modification of form and any variant of embodiment within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

The essential thing is that the locking slave organ is actuated by a control rod in a first position and comprises an elastic means that causes the movement of the locking hooks or of the locking latches in a second position other than the first position; that when the support piece is maneuvered, the master rod pushes the slave rod causing the removal of the latch from the slave box and the assembly of the slave box; that, when the support piece returns to the horizontal position: the master rod returns to the initial position while the slave rod remains in the armed position; and that finally the meeting of the trigger pin with the strike automatically releases the latch and automatically returns the slave rod to the disassembled position.
