Abstract

1.Recipiente compuesto, del tipo que comprende un cuerpo de recipiente y una tapa separable, cuyo presenta una pared cilíndrica de material de cartulina, un elemento de base que cierra herméticamente el extremo inferior de la pared, y un anillo metálico protector sujeto sobre el extremo superior de la pared para definir una boca abierta del cuerpo del recipiente, pudiéndose insertar la tapa en acoplamiento hermético con el anillo, caracterizado porque el anillo tiene una faldilla interior que comprende una pared interior generalmente frustrocónica, que se extiende convergentemente hacia abajo en sentido contrario a la superficie interior de la pared en el interior del cuerpo, y una parte curvada generalmente toroidal situada radialmente hacia el interior del extremo inferior de la parte de pared interior, teniendo la parte curvada un canto terminal encarado en general hacia abajo y radialmente hacia fuera, teniendo la tapa separable medios destinados a acoplarse por detrás de la parte curvada para sujetar la tapa sobre el cuerpo, y siendo la faldilla interior y la tapa de la naturaleza necesaria para una de ellas tenga suficiente resistencia radial para que la tapa pueda pasar por la parte curvada durante la inserción en la boca del recipiente y cuando se quita la tapa del mismo. 2.Recipiente, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el anillo tiene una parte de pared exterior que se ajusta alrededor de una parte terminal superior de la pared cilíndrica que termina en una pestaña de la parte de pared exterior, clavándose la pestaña en el material de la pared. 3.Recipiente según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque el canto terminal de la parte curvada se separa ligeramente de la parte de pared frustocónico de la faldilla interior. 4.Recipiente compuesto.
