Abstract

1. Acetábulo anclable en la pelvis, destinado a alojar un cóndilo esférico una prótesis coxofemoral en una cavidad cotiloidea de rotación simétrica, en que el acetábulo que se va a anclar en la pelvis es un cuerpo que se afina en la sección transversal por su cara externa, que se distribuye por la periferia, que discurre a lo largo de una línea de revestimiento y presenta unas protuberancias de anclaje en forma de relieve, con una costillas laminares transversales a la mencionada línea, caracterizado porque las protuberancias de anclaje en forma de relieve con unas costillas laminares transversales a la mencionada línea, caracterizado porque las protuberancias de anclaje se prolongan, en forma cónica, en la dirección del afinamiento del cuerpo del acetábulo y porque, además, una parte por lo menos de las costillas transversales está configurada elásticamente. 2. Acetábulo según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque el espesor de las costillas oscila entre 0,3 y 1,5 mm., y su separación entre 0,5 y 2,5 mm. 6. Acetábulo anclable en la pelvis.
