Abstract

Equipo de inspección de soldadura para inspección de cordones de soldadura (16) en tuberías que permite obtener datos más fiables y evita el desplazamiento del inspector hasta la instalación de las tuberías porque el equipo comprende un dispositivo de captación que se desplaza por las tuberías para obtener imágenes precisas de los cordones de soldadura (16) y puede enviar dichas imágenes a un terminal receptor (10) en el que se generan modelos 3D de los cordones de soldadura. Comprende unas cámaras (1) simétricamente dispuestas respecto a un plano perpendicular al eje del cordón de soldadura y un sistema de iluminación. Comprende también elementos de desplazamiento y un sistema de posicionamiento para que el operario mantenga el equipo en una posición correcta respecto al eje del cordón de soldadura (16). Asimismo dispone de una primera unidad de control (11) y unas baterías para permitir su portabilidad.
