Abstract
Matriz de colágeno que comprende un polisacárido o una sal de dicho polisacárido de masa molar promedio en peso comprendida entre 500.000 y 2.000.000 g/mol, preferentemente comprendida entre 700.000 y 900.000 g/mol, caracterizada por 5 una secuencia osídica repetitiva lineal que incluye los siguientes 4 residuos osídicos: [(-3)-DGlcNacß(1-4)DGIcAß(1-4)DGIcAß(1-4)DGaINacα(1-)]
Description
La tinción con rojo sirio (tinción de Junquera) permite teñir de manera específica los colágenos, en la piel por ejemplo sus colágenos que aparecen como una estructura filamentosa suelta, teñida en rojo.
5 Las tinciones con rojo sirio de las secciones histológicas tras la observación con luz transmitida y luz polarizada muestran que la adición de HE800 durante la formación del entramado permite la formación de una matriz mucho más densa y en plazos mucho más breves que en los entramados de control.
10 Por ejemplo: la densidad de la matriz de colágeno del control tras 40 días de cultivo es equivalente a la observada en las matrices de colágeno formadas en presencia de HE800 en 11 días de cultivo. Este efecto sobre la densidad es mucho mayor en las dosis más bajas (10 %, 5 %).
15 La microscopía electrónica se realizó en tejidos conectivos equivalentes cultivados durante 11 días. Se observó un buen estado ultraestructural de las células, ya sea en el control o en los entramados formados en presencia de diferentes concentraciones de HE800.
20 No se ha podido observar fibra alguna de colágeno en los entramados de control, los entramados que comprenden el 20 % de HE800 permiten observar algunos elementos fibrilares recogidos en un gel que consiste en exopolisacáridos. Los entramados que comprenden el 10 % y el 5 % de los exopolisacáridos son muy diferentes, en efecto numerosas fibras de colágeno están presentes, se distribuyen por todo el entramado y presentan, en algunas, una estriación periódica. Estas fibras o fibrillas de colágeno se capturan en el gel formado por ΗE800.

Conclusión: HE800 acelera la fibrilación de colágeno y favorece la formación de una matriz extracelular.
