Abstract
Sonda de vitrectomía (900, 1000, 1200), que comprende: una carcasa (902); un dispositivo de corte (50) que se extiende longitudinalmente desde un primer extremo de la carcasa, comprendiendo el dispositivo de corte: un elemento de corte externo (130) acoplado con la carcasa; un elemento de corte interno (140) deslizable dentro del elemento de corte externo, pudiendo el elemento de corte interno deslizarse entre una posición retraída y una posición extendida; un orificio ajustable (120), estando el tamaño del orificio ajustable definido por un borde (150) de una abertura (115) formada en el elemento de corte externo y una superficie de extremo del elemento de corte interno, cuando el elemento de corte interno está en una posición totalmente retraída; un oscilador (906) accionable para producir un movimiento alternativo del elemento de corte interno; una primera cámara (904) formada en la carcasa; y un limitador de carrera (931) accionable para limitar el tamaño del orificio ajustable (120), pudiendo el limitador de carrera moverse con respecto al elemento de corte interno (140), estando el limitador de carrera adaptado para situarse para acoplarse con el elemento de corte interno (140) en una posición seleccionada que define la posición totalmente retraída del elemento de corte interno, caracterizado por que el limitador de carrera puede moverse dentro de la primera cámara (904) en respuesta a una presión neumática dentro de una parte de la primera cámara.
