Abstract

Un proceso en un único recipiente para la preparación de un compuesto de morfinano de Fórmula (II), comprendiendo el proceso poner en contacto un morfinano de Fórmula (I) con un catalizador de alilo-metal de transición que es un complejo de rutenio con enlace bis-η3, en presencia de un donante de protones y en condiciones ácidas para formar un compuesto de Fórmula (II), donde las Fórmulas (II) y (I) corresponden a las siguientes estructuras:**Fórmula** donde: A es oxígeno; R1, R2 y R3 se seleccionan independientemente entre hidrógeno, halógeno, hidroxi, hidroxi protegido, {-}SH, HSR1611, {-}OR1611 y {-}NR1611R1612, hidrocarbilo, e hidrocarbilo sustituido; R5, R7, R8, R9, R10a, R10b, R14, R15a, R15b, R16a, R16d y R17 se seleccionan independientemente entre hidrógeno, halógeno, hidroxi, {-}SH, {-}SR1611, {-}OR1611 y {-}NR1611R1612, hidrocarbilo, e hidrocarbilo sustituido; con la condición de que cualquier R10a y R10b, R15a y R15b y R16a y R16b pueden formar conjuntamente un resto seleccionado entre {>=}O, {>=}S y {>=}NR1613; R1611, R1612 y R1613 se seleccionan independientemente de hidrocarbilo, e hidrocarbilo sustituido; y uno o más de R1, R2, R3, R5, R7, R8, R9, R10a, R10b, R14, R15a, R15b, R16a y R16b puede formar parte de un anillo o sistema de anillo seleccionado del grupo que consiste de carbocíclico, heterocíclico, arilo, heteroarilo y combinaciones de los mismos.
