Abstract
Un compresor de tornillo (10) que tiene una válvula (12) para variar una relación de volumen del compresor de tornillo, el compresor de tornillo comprende: un alojamiento de compresor que comprende: un agujero de rotor de tornillo; una lumbrera de succión (28) en comunicación de fluidos con un primer extremo del agujero de rotor; y una cámara de descarga (38) en comunicación de fluidos con un segundo extremo del agujero de rotor, la cámara de descarga tiene una presión de cámara de descarga; y rotores de tornillo macho y hembra interengranados (26a, 26b) dispuestos dentro del agujero de rotor de tornillo, los rotores de tornillo macho y hembra interengranados tienen lóbulos que definen un hueco de compresión con el agujero de rotor, el hueco de compresión tiene una presión (P) de hueco de compresión; caracterizado por un cuerpo de válvula dispuesto a lo largo del rotor de tornillo entre los rotores de tornillo macho y hembra interengranados, el cuerpo de válvula comprende: un conducto (34) que se extiende adentro del cuerpo de válvula y que incluye un extremo abierto del mismo en comunicación de fluidos con la cámara de descarga y la presión de cámara de descarga; una lumbrera auxiliar (36) que se extiende desde el agujero de rotor al conducto y proporciona comunicación de fluidos entre los mismos para comunicar la presión de hueco de compresión al conducto; y una válvula de láminas (42) dispuesta en el conducto para regular el flujo de fluido entre el hueco de compresión y el conducto, la válvula de láminas puede funcionar a través del diferencial de presión entre la presión de hueco de compresión y la presión de cámara de descarga.
