Abstract

Dispositivo automático de blocaje de la tapa de una olla de presión, que sirve para impedir su apertura en presencia de presión interna, siendo la olla del tipo que comprende un recipiente cilíndrico y una tapa apta para cerrar de forma estanca el recipiente desde el interior, contra un asiento circular formado a lo largo del borde de la abertura superior del recipiente, llevando la tapa una traviesa móvil cuyos extremos se apoyan en el borde la abertura del recipiente, y una palanca de cierre articulada a la tapa, y que se mueve entre una posición elevada ó de apertura y una posición descendida o de cierre, en la que una parte de la misma en forma de leva actúa contra la traviesa provocando el cierre del borde periférico de la tapa contra el asiento circular de retención;caracterizado porque la palanca de cierre está formada con una porción de contacto y porque sobre la tapa va montada una espiga de blocaje, accionada por la presión interna de la olla, que se pone en contacto con la porción de contacto de la palanca en la posición descendida de la palanca para el cierre de la tapa.
