Abstract

Mandril para tornos con un cuerpo de plato en el que se dirigen en forma desplazable radialmente por lo menos dos mordazas accionadas en común por un elemento de propulsión y que se componen respectivamente de un elemento impulsor de mordaza que se encuentra constantemente en unión activa con el elemento de accionamiento, y de una parte de mordaza de sujeción, que independientemente del elemento de impulsión de mordaza se conduce con movimiento radial al cuerpo de plato y puede unirse con el elemento impulsor de mordaza en arrastre de fuerza, mediante una pieza de acoplamiento dispuesta en el elemento impulsor de mordaza, cuyo encaje en arrastre de fuerza con la parte de mordaza de sujeción puede levantarse sobre superficies de guía forzadas por medio de un elemento de maniobra que se mueve en forma sustancialmente radial y bajo carga de muelle, independientemente de otros elementos para maniobra, caracterizado porque el elemento de maniobra dispuesto en el cuerpo de plato y a través de lassuperficies de guía forzada se une con un elemento intermedio que también se apoya en el cuerpo de plato y con la pieza de acoplamiento en arrastre de fuerza en el sentido activo de la misma, pero en el sentido radial se acopla permitiendo un movimiento libre de la pieza de acoplamiento respecto del elemento intermedio.
