Abstract

Método de fabricación de una pantalla de cristal líquido, que comprende: formar un conjunto de panel de cristal líquido cortado (301) que incluyen líneas de puerta, m líneas de datos que se cruzan con las líneas de puerta, y n x m píxeles conectados respectivamente a una de las líneas de puerta y una de las líneas de datos cortando y eliminando al menos una parte de un conjunto de panel de cristal líquido (300) que incluye q líneas de puerta (G1 ...Gq), p líneas de datos (D1 ...Dp) que se cruzan con las líneas de puerta, y p x q píxeles (PX) que están conectados respectivamente a una de las líneas de puerta y una de las líneas de datos, siendo p mayor que m o siendo q mayor que n, y un elemento de control (400, 500, 600) que comprende un controlador de señal, un elemento de control de puerta y un elemento de control de datos configurados juntos y dispuestos para proporcionar una señal de imagen a través de las q líneas de puerta y las p líneas de datos, a los p x q píxeles (PX) del conjunto de panel de cristal líquido (300), de manera que el elemento de control se dispone en el conjunto de panel de cristal líquido cortado para proporcionar una señal de imagen a los n x m píxeles que definen una zona de visualización que consiste en una primera zona de visualización y una segunda zona de visualización del conjunto de panel de cristal líquido cortado (301) basándose en datos de trama que incluyen datos normales y datos de color negro de modo que se visualicen los datos de color negro en la segunda zona de visualización (DA2) del conjunto de panel de cristal líquido cortado (301) adyacente a la primera zona de visualización en las proximidades de la parte eliminada y para visualizar los datos normales en la primera zona de visualización (DA1) del conjunto de panel de cristal líquido cortado, incluyendo también los datos de trama datos ficticios que corresponden a píxeles de la parte eliminada que no están presentes en el conjunto de panel de cristal líquido cortado pero que habrían sido adyacentes a la segunda zona de visualización, siendo necesarios dichos datos ficticios para completar la operación de una trama del elemento de control.
