Abstract

Dispositivo para la introducción de un catéter o una sonda en un vaso sanguíneo, comprendiendo este dispositivo una aguja hueca (14) apta para ser clavada en un vaso (10), una guía flexible (16) apta para ser introducida en el vaso (10) a través de la aguja (14), un dilatador (22) apto para ser introducido en el vaso (10) y alrededor de la guía (16) después de retirada de la aguja (14), y una vaina flexible (24) apta para ser introducida en el vaso (10) y alrededor del dilatador (22) para permitir, después de retirada del dilatador (22), la introducción del catéter o de la sonda en el vaso, caracterizado porque comprende una válvula antirretorno (30) que es adaptable sobre el extremo próximo (28) de la vaina (24) y que está ideada para impedir cualquier reflujo sanguíneo cuando tiene lugar la retirada del dilatador (22), del catéter o de la sonda o cuando tiene lugar la colocación de un catéter o de una sonda de diámetro exterior inferior al diámetro interior de la vaina.
