Abstract

Depósito de presión para la recogida y el almacenamiento de fluidos criogénicos, especialmente de líquidos criogénicos, que está formado por un depósito de metal que forma un revestimiento (12) y un refuerzo (14) de plástico reforzado con fibras aplicado sobre el revestimiento (12), caracterizado por que el revestimiento (12) está formado por una aleación metálica no magnética con una estructura reticular cúbica centrada en las caras completamente austenítica y, para el aumento del límite de alargamiento Rp0,2 de al menos 800 MPa o más, antes de la aplicación del refuerzo (14) de plástico reforzado con fibras, está sometido a un tratamiento de nitruración a una temperatura de más de 1000 °C, especialmente en un intervalo de temperatura de entre 1000 y 1200 °C, por medio de nitrógeno o amoniaco.

plásticos reforzados con fibras sobre un revestimiento 12 no debe estar limitado al procedimiento de devanado mojado. Igualmente puede usarse el procedimiento de devanado preimpregnado o el procedimiento de devanado de una sola cuerda.
Las fibras son preferentemente fibras de carbono, vidrio, basalto, aramida y/o cerámica, pero no están limitadas a ello.
5 Más bien pueden ser todas las fibras térmicas y mecánicas altamente resistentes. Además de fibras de vidrio, las fibras de basalto poseen la ventaja de un coeficiente de dilatación claramente positivo y permiten, por tanto, una reducción de la diferencia de los coeficientes de dilatación térmica para el revestimiento 12.
Aunque las resinas de poliuretano son adecuadas, se usan, por su comportamiento duroplástico y su mejor procesabilidad, sobre todo resinas epoxi. No obstante, también son posibles mezclas de resinas, por ejemplo de
10 poliuretano y epoxi.
A través de una selección de material acertada para el revestimiento 12 y su nitruración, puede ponerse a disposición un depósito de presión 10 que posee una capacidad de almacenamiento mejorada para hidrógeno líquido y/o gaseoso por la tolerancia del hidrógeno a alta presión y por la idoneidad para temperaturas criogénicas. Al mismo tiempo, se satisfacen de manera óptima los requisitos en cuanto a la rigidez y la zona elástica así como requisitos en cuanto al
15 comportamiento de abolladuras y requisitos de construcción ligera.
La presente invención no está limitada a la forma de realización representada del revestimiento 12. De esta manera, es perfectamente posible añadir al revestimiento 12 dos cilindros de la mitad de la longitud total con respectivas bóvedas integrales, que se preparan por ejemplo a través de una técnica de conformación adecuada, como formación por estirado, una pieza bruta moldeada adecuadamente, a través de un cordón de soldadura horizontal situado en el
20 medio de la longitud del depósito de presión. También son posibles depósitos de presión esféricos o depósitos de presión con cualquier otra forma de rotación simétrica y/o de rotación no simétrica. Por ejemplo, las secciones abovedadas 22 pueden formarse con forma semiesférica, de casquete esférico, de calota, de calota elíptica, cónica, elíptica, en forma de Cassini, de medio toro o con otras formas seccionales parecidas.
Además, también es posible, en principio, llevar a cabo la nitruración solo después de un estirado en frío (parcial o
25 completo). Cualquier otra forma de realización del procedimiento de acuerdo con la invención, en la que está previsto un estirado en frío y/o nitruración en diferentes sucesiones temporales y está de la misma manera incluida y cubierta por la enseñanza de la investigación, está mencionada a modo de ejemplo en la siguiente Tabla.
