Abstract
Máquina de rectificar, en especial máquina de rectificar de alta velocidad con una bancada de máquina (2), en la que se han dispuesto soportes (3) de cojinetes para un rotor (4) de turbina compuesto de varias etapas y un cabezal (5) para muelas abrasivas, apoyándose el rotor (4) de turbina rotativamente alrededor de su eje en los soportes (3) de cojinetes y apoyándose rotativamente en el cabezal (5) para muelas abrasivas en un alojamiento (8, 8a) por lo menos una muela (6) abrasiva alrededor de un eje del husillo, que se extiende paralelamente al eje de rotación, y donde el cabezal (5) para muelas abrasivas y los soportes (3) de cojinetes pueden desplazarse uno respecto de otro en dirección axial de la bancada (2) de máquina, que se define por el eje del rotor, de modo que puedan rectificarse uno tras otro los álabes de los escalones consecutivos del rotor (4) de turbina, donde se han previsto un cargador (15) para muelas (6) abrasivas y un cambiador (10) de muelas abrasivas que funciona automáticamente, caracterizada por que cada muela (6) abrasiva presenta en su cara frontal una pieza (17) de acoplamiento de un primer tipo, que coopera con una pieza antagónica correspondiente en los alojamientos (8, 8a) del cabezal (5) para muelas abrasivas y del portador (16) de cargadores, y en su otra cara frontal presenta una pieza de acoplamiento de un segundo tipo, que coopera con los alojamientos (13) del cambiador (10) de muelas abrasivas, en donde la pieza de acoplamiento del segundo tipo se compone de un anillo (20) a instalar en una concavidad (22) frontal del núcleo (19) de la muela abrasiva, en donde el eje del anillo se encuentra en el eje de la muela abrasiva y en donde el borde del anillo (20) separado de la cara frontal presenta un collarín (21) orientado radialmente hacia dentro, por que la pieza antagónica en el alojamiento (13) junto al cambiador (10) de muelas abrasivas se compone de una concavidad (22) a modo de anillo para el alojamiento del anillo (20), estando previstos junto al borde interno de la concavidad elementos de sujeción (24) que pueden ser movidos radialmente hacia fuera por medio de un mando (26), con el fin de rodear por detrás al collarín (21) en un anillo insertado y, de esta forma, cerrar el acoplamiento, y por que el mando (26) puede ser llevado mediante un mecanismo de apriete (27) que se compone de muelles a una posición que cierra el acoplamiento, y mediante un dispositivo de ajuste de acción hidráulica o neumática puede ser llevado a una posición que libera el acoplamiento.
