Abstract
Procedimiento para optimizar la imagen de impresión generada por una máquina de impresión mediante la adaptación de las posiciones relativas de los rodillos implicados en el proceso de impresión, el cual se basa en un procedimiento de vigilancia de la imagen de impresión generada por la máquina de impresión y comprende las características de procedimiento siguientes: - la exploración de áreas impresas del material de impresión (9) dentro de una zona de exploración (1) con un sistema sensor (5), - la solicitación de al menos áreas parciales de la zona de exploración (1) con una primera radiación electromagnética (2) desde un elemento de iluminación (4, 12), - en donde la radiación electromagnética es homogénea, - en donde se emplea un material de impresión (9) transparente u opaco, - en donde se conduce la primera radiación electromagnética (2) desde el lado del material de impresión (9) alejado del sistema sensor (5) hasta la zona de exploración (1), - en donde se conduce una segunda radiación electromagnética (8) desde el lado vuelto hacia el sistema sensor hasta el material de impresión, - en donde se emplea como segunda radiación electromagnética (8) una radiación homogénea, especialmente difusa, y/o una radiación directa, especialmente paralela directa, - en donde se ajustan los ángulos de incidencia de la segunda radiación electromagnética (8) sobre el material de impresión de tal manera que - la distancia (A) entre la banda de material de impresión y el primer elemento ópticamente activo (15, 13, 3) que se encuentra detrás de la banda de material de impresión (9), visto desde el sistema sensor (5), es ajustable al menos a una distancia mínima (B), - en la que ya no tiene lugar sobre el primer elemento ópticamente activo (15, 13, 3) pospuesto a la banda de material de impresión una formación de sombras que sea percibida por el sistema sensor (5).Method for optimizing the print image generated by a printing machine by adapting the relative positions of the rollers involved in the printing process, which is based on a monitoring method of the print image generated by the printing machine and comprises the following process features: - scanning printed areas of the printing material (9) within a scanning zone (1) with a sensor system (5), - requesting at least partial areas of the scanning zone scanning (1) with a first electromagnetic radiation (2) from an illumination element (4, 12), - in which the electromagnetic radiation is homogeneous, - in which a transparent or opaque impression material (9) is used, - in where the first electromagnetic radiation (2) is conducted from the side of the printing material (9) remote from the sensor system (5) to the scanning zone (1), - where a second r is conducted electromagnetic radiation (8) from the side facing the sensor system to the printing material, - wherein a homogeneous radiation, especially diffuse radiation, and/or a direct radiation, especially direct parallel radiation, is used as the second electromagnetic radiation (8), - wherein the angles of incidence of the second electromagnetic radiation (8) on the impression material are adjusted in such a way that - the distance (A) between the band of impression material and the first optically active element (15, 13, 3 ) located behind the impression material web (9), seen from the sensor system (5), is adjustable to at least a minimum distance (B), - at which it no longer takes place on the first element optically active (15, 13, 3) postponed to the web of printing material a formation of shadows that is perceived by the sensor system (5).
