Abstract

Dispositivo microfluídico para la separación de líquido del mismo líquido conteniendo partículas deformables sin fuentes de energía externas. El dispositivo comprende al menos un canal de transporte (1) que utiliza varios principios fluido-hidrodinámicos para incrementar la cantidad de fluido separado/obtenido; al menos un área de separación (2) que divide parte del fluido que circula por el canal de transporte hacia un como mínimo un canal de recogida (3) o cámara de reacción. El área de separación (2) puede incluir al menos una agrupación de pilares, la configuración de los cuales maximiza la cantidad extraída de fluido en el mismo tiempo. El canal de recogida (3) tiene una profundidad y un ancho adaptables según la necesidad del test que se vaya a implementar. En particular, la invención proporcionar un filtro para separar plasma de una gota de sangre con gran eficiencia, que puede ser utilizado en sistemas portátiles de análisis sanguíneo.
