Abstract

Inmunógenos de VIH-1 deficientes en integrasa y métodos para cargar células dendríticas con dichos inmunógenos.#La presente invención se refiere a un método para obtener una célula dendrítica cargada con antígeno in vitro que comprende poner en contacto una célula dendrítica inmadura con un inmunógeno, preferiblemente un inmunógeno de VIH, y simultáneamente, durante al menos parte de dicho paso, colocar dicha célula dendrítica inmadura en condiciones adecuadas para la maduración que comprenden la incubación de dicha célula dendrítica con un medio que comprende un agente de maduración de células dendríticas seleccionado entre el ligando de TLR4 LPS, y una mezcla de citocinas proinflamatorias seleccionadas entre IL-1{be}, IL-6 y TNF-{al}, y la prostaglandina PGE{sub,2}. La invención se refiere también a inmunógenos de VIH-1 que carecen de una proteína integrasa funcional.
