Abstract

Un dispositivo para medir de manera no invasiva el nivel de glucosa de un sujeto, que comprende: una unidad externa (12) unitaria que tiene una primera porción y una segunda porción opuesta configurada para recibir una parte del cuerpo del sujeto entre ellas; (a) un primer piezoelemento ultrasónico (34, 36) situado en la primera porción y un segundo piezoelemento ultrasónico situado en la segunda porción opuesta de dicha unidad externa, una primera membrana (38) que cubre el primer piezoelemento ultrasónico y una segunda membrana (40) que cubre el segundo piezoelemento ultrasónico para medir niveles de glucosa utilizando ultrasonidos; (b) constituyendo la primera membrana y la segunda membrana respectivas primera y segunda placas de condensador con unos medios auto-oscilantes conectados a ellas para medir niveles de glucosa utilizando electromagnetismo; y (c) un calentador (18) y un sensor térmico (22) situados ambos en la primera porción y separados del primer elemento ultrasónico para medir niveles de glucosa mediante características térmicas.
