Abstract
Método de obtención de una masa para la producción de elementos de construcción conformados, caracterizado porque se coloca un granulado, en forma de perlita, en una mezcladora mecánica y se empapa con agua, hasta que el granulado se empapa por completo, y se mezcla con un agente de unión en forma de yeso con calidad mejorada, hasta que se obtiene un estado en el que cada grano (1) suelto del granulado se recubre con una capa de agente de unión húmedo, creando un recubrimiento (2) alrededor del grano, tras lo cual se coloca la masa obtenida en moldes preparados, y entonces se comprime hasta que los granos individuales del granulado sólo se conectan con partes de su superficie, de modo que existen espacios (3) libres que quedan entre los granos, llenos de aire.
