Abstract

Método para la síntesis de un compuesto de piridinio carboxilado N-sustituido, que comprende las etapas de: a) proporcionar una sal pentametinio según la fórmula I:**Fórmula** en la que X- es un contraión, R1 es alcoxi seleccionado de entre O-metilo, O-etilo, O-propilo y O-isobutilo, y R2 a R5 son, independientemente, metilo o etilo. b) Hacer reaccionar la sal pentametinio de la etapa (a) con una amina primaria de fórmula II:**Fórmula** en la que R6 es alquilo lineal, ramificado o cíclico, sustituido opcionalmente, c) obteniendo de esta manera un compuesto de piridinio N-sustituido de fórmula III:**Fórmula** en la que X, R1 y R6 son tal como se ha definido anteriormente.
