Abstract
Un método para monitorizar el cumplimiento de un bolo terapéutico con un dispositivo de ensayo de analitos y un dispositivo de dispensación terapéutico, en el que cada uno de ambos dispositivos incluye un microprocesador acoplado a una memoria, el método comprendiendo: obtener de la memoria del dispositivo de ensayo de analitos datos que incluyen un número de acontecimientos hiperglucémicos y una indicación temporal para cada uno de los acontecimientos hiperglucémicos; recoger de la memoria del dispositivo de dispensación terapéutico una indicación temporal para cada bolo de terapéutico dispensado; identificar un acontecimiento hiperglucémico que no tenga al menos un bolo de terapéutico dispensado dentro de un intervalo de tiempo predeterminado del acontecimiento hipoglucémico; calcular un porcentaje de acontecimientos hiperglucémicos que no tienen al menos un bolo de terapéutico dispensado dentro del intervalo de tiempo predeterminado; y anunciar el porcentaje de acontecimientos hiperglucémicos que no tienen al menos un bolo de terapéutico dispensado dentro del intervalo de tiempo predeterminado.
