Abstract
Un metodo para controlar el formato de transporte para retransmisiones de paquetes de datos transmitidos sobre el enlace ascendente desde un aparato de transmisión a un aparato de recepcion a traves de at menos un canal de datos del enlace ascendente usando un protocolo HARQ sincrono, comprendiendo el método: transmitir un paquete de datos del enlace ascendente a traves del canal de datos del enlace ascendente desde el aparato de transmisión al aparato de recepción, recibir simultaneamente, en el aparato de transmision, un elemento de informacion de retroalimentación y un elemento de informacion de control procedentes del aparato de recepción, en el que el elemento de información de retroalimentación se usa para la determinación de si realizar, en el aparato de transmision, una retransmisión del paquete de datos del enlace ascendente o si enviar un siguiente paquete de datos del enlace ascendente, y el elemento de información de control indica un formato de transporte para la retransmisión, y transmitir la retransmisión desde el aparato de transmisión al aparato de recepción segun el formato de transporte indicado en el elemento de información de control usando una temporización de transmisión sincrona basada en el protocolo HARQ sincrono en el caso de la retransmisión.
