Abstract

1.Molde que sirve de acondicionamiento para postre, en particular para pastel helado con jarabe de cobertura, en forma de copa con una abertura por la que se introduce y desmoldea el postre, caracterizado por comprender una primer compartimiento próximo a la abertura que delimita un primer volumen y destinado a recibir un producto sólido a la temperatura de almacenamiento, y un segundo compartimiento que delimita un segundo volumen inferior al primer volumen, y destinado a recibir un jarabe líquido a la temperatura de almacenamiento, el cual segundo compartimiento comprende varios alvéolos los repartidos en el fondo de la copa, estando cada uno de los alvéolos en comunicación por una abertura con el primer compartimiento y separado de los otros alvéolos por unas paredes que sirven, al mismo tiempo, de refuerzos para el molde. 2.Molde de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que la pared lateral de la copa está gofrada y posee de seis a 12 festones. 3.Molde de conformidad conla reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que primer compartimiento está provisto de una plataforma que rodea a las diferentes aberturas de comunicación con el segundo compartimiento y paralela al borde de la abertura de la copa. 4.Molde de conformidad con la reivindicación 2, caracterizado en que el segundo compartimiento tiene un alvéolo central cilíndrico y seis a 12 alvéolos repartidos en la periferia del alvéolo central, y cuya forma armoniza con la de los festones laterales. 5.molde de conformidad con una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado en que el volumen del primer compartimiento es de 750 a 1.200 ml. y el volumen del según compartimiento es de 75 a 150 ml. 6.Molde que sirve de acondicionamiento para postre.
