Abstract

1.Molde que sirve de acondicionamiento para postre, en particular para pastel helado con jarabe de cobertura, que contiene frutas o trozos de frutas, en forma de copa, que posee una abertura por la que se introduce y se desmoldea el postre, caracterizado por comprender un primer compartimiento cerca de la abertura que delimita un primer volumen y está destinado a recibir un producto sólido a la temperatura de almacenamiento, y un segundo compartimiento que delimita un volumen inferior al primer volumen y está destinado a recibir un jarabe líquido a la temperatura de almacenamiento, el cual segundo compartimiento comprende una parte central dispuesta en el fondo de la copa y en comunicación con el primer compartimiento por una abertura, y una parte periférica constituida por nervaduras dispuestas en estrella alrededor de la parte central, las cuales forman canalones para el vertido del jarabe y sirven también de refuerzos para el molde. 2.Molde de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que la pared lateral de la copa está gofrada y posee de seis a doce festones. 3.Molde de conformidad con la reivindicación 2, caracterizado en que las nervaduras constituyen fuentes de vertido que canalizan el jarabe entre los festones durante el desmoldeo. 4.Molde de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que la parte compartimiento enfrentada a la abertura de la copa forma entre las nervaduras del segundo compartimiento una plataforma paralela al borde de la copa. 5.Molde de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que la anchura de las nervaduras que forman canalones de vertido para el jarabe es inferior a las dimensiones de las frutas o trozos de frutas, de modo que éstos sean retenidos en la parte central del segundo compartimiento al efectuar el desmoldeo y encima del pastel una vez desmoldeado. 6.Molde de conformidad con una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado en que el jarabe representa de 75 a 180 partes por 1.000 en volumen de producto sólido. 7.Molde que sirve de acondicionamiento para postre.
