Abstract

1.Dispositivo de cierre para un recipiente, del tipo de frasco que tiene una superficie extrema de estanqueidad, cuyo dispositivo comprende una tapa, un cuerpo acopado que incluye una cara extrema con una faldilla colgante, cuya faldilla define conjuntamente con la cara citada un canal, y un anillo de estanqueidad asentado en dicha esquina, caracterizado porque el anillo de estanqueidad se extiende axialmente a lo largo de una parte de la faldilla y comprende medios de orejeta dirigidos radialmente hacia el interior para un acoplamiento de fijación con el acabado de la superficie externa del recipiente, formándose el cuerpo acopado de metal flexible resiliente, formándose el anillo de estanqueidad de un material de junta resiliente, y extendiéndose la faldilla axialmente más allá del anillo de estanqueidad en dirección contraria a la cara extrema y en relación de separación radialmente hacia afuera con respecto a los medios de orejeta, y medios de deformación para facilitar la deformación del anillo de estanqueidad, con el fin de romper la estanqueidad entre el anillo de estanqueidad y la superficie de estanqueidad del recipiente. 2.Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los medios de orejeta tienen la forma de un grupo de orejetas dispuestas separadas circunferencialmente. 3.Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque las orejetas son alargadas circunferencialmente. 4.Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el anillo de estanqueidad se asienta sobre la superficie de estanqueidad y los medios de orejeta se asientan contra una superficie exterior rebajada en el recipiente. 5.Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado por una banda contráctil que proporciona una fuerza de retención de la tapa y se acopla parcialmente sobre el dispositivo de tapa y alrededor de una parte del recipiente adyacente a la tapa. 6.Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 4, caracterizado porque el recipiente tiene un vacío que,al menos en parte, retiene el dispositivo de tapa sobre el recipiente. 7.Dispositivo de cierre para un recipiente.
