Abstract

Unidad de cuchilla para pelar material a pelar (30) alargado, en particular pepinos, con dos cuchillas (2, 2') dispuestas separadas entre sí a las que se puede alimentar de manera secuencial el material a pelar (30) alargado mediante una unidad de transporte en una dirección de transporte (T) que discurre en la dirección longitudinal del material a pelar (30), presentando las cuchillas (2, 2') respectivamente una palanca de cuchilla (7, 7') que se extiende en una dirección longitudinal (L) de la cuchilla (2, 2'), estando las cuchillas (2, 2') montadas de manera basculante con respecto a un soporte (3) entre una posición base, en la que las hojas de cuchilla (9, 9') no se apoyan en el material a pelar (30), y una posición de pelado, en la que las hojas de cuchilla se apoyan en lados opuestos en el material a pelar, y estando las cuchillas (2, 2') montadas en el soporte (3) a través de una articulación de modo que las palancas de cuchilla (7, 7') quedan dispuestas de manera orientadas con un desplazamiento paralelo entre sí en la posición base y en la posición de pelado, caracterizada por que las cuchillas (2, 2') presentan una hoja de cuchilla (9, 9') montada de manera giratoria con respecto a la palanca de cuchilla (7, 7') y por que el soporte (3) está dispuesto de manera estacionaria
