Abstract

Dispositivo endoscópico para locomoción auto propulsada a través de una cavidad del cuerpo en una dirección de desplazamiento previamente establecida, que comprende un cuerpo tubular (1) que se extiende entre dos partes extremas, respectivamente partes extremas delantera (2) y trasera (3) que comprende medios de anclaje (4) adecuados para la unión temporalmente y alternativamente de dichas partes extremas a la pared de la cavidad del cuerpo en sincronismo con extensiones y contracciones axiales correspondientes de dicho cuerpo tubular (1), y medios neumáticos (12) para el accionamiento de dichos medios de anclaje, dicho cuerpo tubular (1) incorporando una estructura de refuerzo (5, 8, 9) distribuida a lo largo de su longitud que es sustancialmente rígida en la dirección radial y flexible en la dirección axial, caracterizado porque dicho cuerpo tubular (1) está fabricado de un material elástico y tiene una superficie exterior la cual permanece lisa y deslizante tanto en extensión como en contracción, sin formación de pliegues, evitando de ese modo que el tejido de dicha pared de la cavidad del cuerpo quede atrapado y produciendo un volumen interior mayor de dicho dispositivo para un mismo diámetro exterior, y dicho cuerpo tubular (1) tiene un bajo coeficiente de fricción, evitando de ese modo cualquier estiramiento de dichos tejidos de la pared de la cavidad del cuerpo
