Abstract
Un aparato para captar y transformar la energía de las olas en una masa de fluido, comprendiendo dicho aparato un bastidor (1) que incluye al menos una articulación (2), en el cual una superficie oscilante o rotativa (3), tal como una barrera en forma de panel o de vela, está con ectada al bastidor (1) por medio de la articulación (2) para captar energía de los frentes de presión de las olas que pasan, a través de un movimiento oscilante o rotativo del bastidor (1), en el cual la articulación (2) está posicionada por debajo de la superficie del fluido en el seno de las olas que pasan, estando conectada dicha barrera (3) a un dispositivo capaz de transformar el movimiento oscilante o rotativo en diferentes tipos de energía, en el cual dicha barrera (3) está dispuesta para proporcionar una flotabilidad lo suficientemente elevada como para alzar rotacionalmente la barrera (3), alrededor de la articulación (2), desde una dirección que apunta hacia abajo, hacia el lecho marino, hasta una posición vertical que apunta hacia arriba, en el cual la barrera puede rotar 360º alrededor de la articulación (2), caracterizado porque la articulación (2) está fijada a un mecanismo de desbloqueo de la oscilación que libera la articulación (2) de tal modo que la barrera (3) pueda rotar libremente alrededor de la articulación (2), y en el cual el mecanismo de desbloqueo de la oscilación se libera cuando la fuerza de una ola que sobrepase el aparato exceda de un límite predefinido.
