Description
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも本体と、該本体に下端部がヒンジ結合された支持手段に緊締され波または潮流の運動エネルギーに応じて往復運動する1組の羽根と、パワーテイクオフ(PTO)手段とを含む波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置において、該装置は少なくとも、前記1組の羽根の総有効表面積を調整することができる調整手段を含み、前記1組の羽根は互いに隣接している少なくとも2枚の羽根を含み、該羽根は個々に前記支持手段に緊締され、前記調整手段によって前記羽根を互いに異なる傾斜方向に別々に動かすことを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項1に記載の表面積調整装置において、前記1組の羽根のうち第1の羽根は第1の傾斜方向に沿ってその最下位置と最上位置の間で動き、前記1組の羽根のうち第2の羽根は第2の傾斜方向に沿ってその最下位置と最上位置の間で動くことを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の表面積調整装置において、該装置は、前記羽根の前記総有効表面積および/または垂直位置の変更を制御する移動制御手段を含むことを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の表面積調整装置において、該装置は卓越海洋状態を認識する検出手段を含み、該手段は、前記波力エネルギー回収システムの制御システムに接続され、さらに前記卓越海洋状態にできるだけ適したサイズに前記羽根の前記総有効表面積を調整することによってエネルギーの取込みを最大にする情報を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項4に記載の表面積調整装置において、荒れた海洋状態では、前記検出手段は、前記羽根の前記総有効表面積を減らす情報および/または前記海洋状態の激しさに応じて海底により近く前記羽根を降ろす情報を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項4または5に記載の表面積調整装置において、前記検出手段は、穏やかな海面状態における波力エネルギーの取込みを最大にするために、前記羽根の前記総有効表面積を増大させ、および/または前記水面により近く前記羽根を上昇させる命令を出すように構成されていることを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の表面積調整装置において、前記1組の羽根は、前記調整手段によって垂直および/または水平位置が調整可能な少なくとも2枚の羽根を含むことを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の表面積調整装置において、前記1組の羽根は3枚の羽根を含み、該羽根のうち、第1の2枚の羽根の位置が垂直および水平に調整可能であり、第3の羽根の位置は垂直に調整可能であることを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の表面積調整装置において、前記調整手段は前記支持手段に接続され、前記調整手段は垂直方向または傾斜方向に延伸可能であることを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の表面積調整装置において、前記調整手段は、前記羽根をその水平旋回軸を中心に回転させるように構成されていることを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項3に記載の表面積調整装置において、前記移動制御手段は、利用できる潮汐表のデータ、または水面の現在の高さを通知するように接続された圧力センサまたは同種のもののデータを使用するように構成されていることを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の表面積調整装置において、前記羽根の高さおよびサイズの調整装置は、機械的もしくは電気的であって、前記羽根の動き、速度もしくは位置のいずれかに自動的に応動し、または前記高さおよびサイズの調整は制御プログラミングに基づくことを特徴とする波力エネルギー回収システムにおける往復動羽根システムの表面積調整装置。
