Abstract
Un método para fabricar un conjunto de sujeción que incluye un primer componente (10), que tiene una pared cilíndrica (11) que define un orificio (13) y un segundo componente (12) que tiene un eje alargado para insertarse en el orificio (13) del primer componente (10), aplicando una pluralidad de protuberancias poliméricas alargadas (14) a la superficie interna de la pared cilíndrica (11), e insertando el eje del segundo componente (12) en el orificio (13) del primer componente (10), comprendiendo cada protuberancia (14) una base (18) adherida a la superficie interna de la pared cilíndrica (11), una altura suficiente para que juntos los extremos libres (20) de las protuberancias (14) definan un pasadizo (22) que crea un ajuste con apriete con el eje del segundo componente (12), y una longitud axial suficiente para mantener el eje del segundo componente (12) generalmente en una relación colineal con el eje del orificio (13) del primer componente (10), caracterizado por que: las protuberancias (14) se aplican a la superficie interna de la pared cilíndrica (11) precalentando la pared cilíndrica a una temperatura superior a la temperatura de fusión de una resina que será aplicada a la pared cilíndrica (11), dirigiendo después un flujo de polvo de resina transportado por vía aérea que incluye una resina elastomérica y un agente soplador a la superficie interna de la pared cilíndrica (11), mediante una boquilla (30) que ha sido insertada axialmente en el orificio (13), quitando la boquilla (30) del orificio (13), y calentando aún más la pared cilíndrica (11) para elevar su temperatura por encima de la temperatura de activación del agente soplador.
