The object of the invention is a shower tray. Document D01, of the same applicant (paragraphs 5 to 30 and figures), discloses a shower tray (1) comprising a plate equipped with an opening covered by a drain grate, characterized in that it comprises: a base board (1), with a smooth surface, but it can also be rough or any other, such as imitating stoneware; a frame perimeter (4); such that they join together forming a unit piece. It is not identically included in the prior art and is therefore new (Art. 6.1 LP 11/1986) It differs from the request in the inclusion of details that provides a more comprehensive explanation of the original invention, but that are technical characteristics widely known and used in the State of the Art. Document D01 does not comment that the base board comprises slopes facing the valve, but it does mention to this characteristic in the background, which can also be observed in document D04. Equally known is the use of evacuation valves in the drainage systems of the shower trays, being included in some thereof, as documents D03 (page 2 lines 20 to 66 and figures) and D04 (claim 1 and figure 1b) show. It does not specify a layer of finishing material, but it mentions a surface similar to stoneware. D02 document (claims 1 and 9) discloses the use of a termination material in sanitary elements. A person skilled in the art would have known document D02 and would have combined it with document D01 to provide a final look carefully and high visual quality claimed. Therefore, claim 1 has no inventive activity. (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). Document D01 mentions in the background that the base panels are usually formed by a selected material between: - mineral fillers and sanitary acrylic resins that form a waterproof compact composite; - acrylic and ABS plates; -fiber glass and gel coat or acrylic waterproofing paints; -Extruded polyethylene coated by fiberglass mesh, resins or gel coat, or waterproofing paints.
