2. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement

The present invention relates to a sole and a detachable shoe plant. Document D01 is considered the closest in the state of the art to the object of the invention claimed in claim 1 (references and comments in brackets correspond to this document). Thus, with respect to the features described in claim 1, document D01 discloses a shoe consisting of a plant (10) that has studs or pivots (11), which are fixed by tightening on the upper face of a sole (1 ) to cavities or cylindrical holes (4) in which their central axes are coincident with the central axes of the lugs fitting perfectly; so that the rest of the area of the floor also coincides with the rest of the upper area of the sole, which occupies the gap between a perimeter edge (3), securing the template perfectly to the sole. Therefore, the invention defined in claim 1 does not differ from the known technique described in document D01 in any essential way. Therefore, the invention according to said claim is not considered new nor does it imply inventive activity and does not meet the criteria established in Articles 6 and 8.1 of Law 11/86 of March 20 on patents.
